またもやリム切削風！？

　お待たせしました。「人知れずひっそり、ゆっくり、じっくり進行。」の「はじっこ模型」開店です。

　Thank you for your patience. Hajikko Mokei（Models）," which has been quietly, slowly, and deliberately progressing unnoticed, is now open.

　いや、いつも「鈍行」だのなんだのとネガティブな言葉を使ってしまっておりましたが、ポジティブに（都合よく）変換するとそういうことかなと（謎

　I have always used negative words such as "slow" and "slowing down," but I thought that was what I meant when I converted it into positive terms.

　早速ですがその鈍行、、、いや、じっくりぶりを象徴するかのうように？いつぞやのホイールの「塗り」でございます。

　As if to symbolize the slow, or rather, deliberate, pace of the project? This is the painting of a wheel that was previously processed.

　リムを切り離し、眺めてましたら。。。

　I was looking at the rim after it was detached.

　「この状態、リムだけ塗るのに好都合だよな。」

　「『そうしなさい。』ってことだよな。→じゃあ塗り分けましょう。」

　'This condition favors painting only the rim, doesn't it?'

　"'So be it.'" That's what it means, right? →Then let's paint it separately.

　という結論に至りまして、、、サニトラの時と同じく「リム切削」風でいくことに。

　So we decided to go with the same style as at Sanitra.

　しかし、リムを切り離していないフロントはマスキングでの塗り分けが必要です。

　1/24スケールならまだあれなんですが！？1/32スケールですのでホイールも小さい。。。（涙

　However, the front wheels without detached rims need to be painted after masking process.

　If it were 1/24 scale, it would still be fine! The wheels are 1/32 scale, so the wheels are small.

　だが自分で選んだ道です。ここで涙を流してはいけません。

　But it is the path you have chosen. Do not shed tears here.

　「涙は流すものではない。勝手にあふれ出るものです。」

　Tears are not meant to be shed. They overflow on their own.

　ということで今回の件は涙事案に当てはまりません。

　So, this case does not apply to the tear case.

　なんとかかんとかマスキングを済ませまして。。。

　Somehow, I managed to get the masking done.

今回、中はガンメタに。
This time, the center is in gunmetal.

もっと濃くてもよかったかな。。。
It could have been darker in color.

　今回もナットを塗り忘れないようにしないと。

　I'll have to remember to paint the nuts again this time.

　ところで、この調子ですとボデーはそのまま「楽」するつもりだろう。。。

　By the way, at this rate, Bodhi is going to take it easy as it is.

　と思われかねませんが（自分もつい先程まではそう思っておりましたが）、なんだか自分で塗りたくなりまして。。。

　You may think so (I myself thought so until just now), but You'll want to color it yourself.

　以前も喋ったことがありましたが、実はボデー関連苦手なハズなんです。

　I have told you before that I am actually not good at working on car bodies.

　しかし、最近はボデーの下処理時に耐水ペーパーで撫でていると、、、

　いつも全体として眺めているそのクルマを構成しているパネルのライン等が良くわかったりして面白いということに気づきました。

　I realized that it is very interesting to see the lines of the panels that make up the car as a whole, which I usually see as a whole.

　「へぇ～、ここってこんな形状なの！？」とか「あれ？そうなってラインが繋がっているんだ。」とか。

　"Wow, this place is shaped like this!" or "Huh? That's how the lines are connected. and so on.

　触って（撫でて）分かる面白さってのもあるのかな！？

　I wonder if there is such a thing as fun that can be found by touching (or stroking) it!

　それであれば、、、模型にも（ディスプレイするだけではない）別な世界があるのかもしれない（自分が知らなかっただけかもしれませんが）。

　If so... Maybe there is another world in models (not just for display) (maybe I just didn't know that).

　そういえば以前書店で「目の見えない白鳥さんと。。。」というタイトルの本が出ておりました。

　そこからヒントを得まして「積極的に触って楽しむ模型」というスタイルであれば、さらにみんなで一緒に楽しめる可能性もあるんじゃなかろうか？

　I remember once in a bookstore, there was a book titled "Mr. Blind Swan and..."

　Taking a cue from that title, we thought that if we made a "model that can be actively touched and enjoyed" style, it would further expand the possibilities for everyone to enjoy.

　「クルマの模型なんて触ってみてもどれも同じにしか感じないじゃん。」という意見もあるかもしれませんが、おそらくそうではないんじゃないかと。。。

　Some people might say, "When I touch a plastic model of a car, they all seem the same." But that's probably not true.

　「S30型のフェアレディZ」というと自分は「こういうイメージね。」と大雑把でも思い浮かべることができますが、それを見たことがない方に言葉で説明するとなると、、、結構難しい（汗

　When I hear the words "S30 FAIRLADY Z", I can roughly picture the image of "S30 FAIRLADY Z". But when it comes to explaining it in words to someone who has never seen it, it is quite difficult.

　実車を触る機会があれば別ですが、そう簡単なことではないですので、、、（実車であれば音とかニオイとかインテリアの質感とかの情報も得られてベストだと思いますが、、、）

　そこで、触って楽しむ模型の登場という訳です。

　(It would be best to have a real car so that you can get information on sounds, smells, and interior texture...)

　This is where models that can be touched and enjoyed come in.

　え？「何わけのわからんこと言ってるの？」って？

　仮に音声読み上げ機能でこのページを読んでくださっている方いらしたら、、、もっとわけわからんだろうな。。。

　今までそういった想像力がありませんでした。

　かといって、今後どこまで対応できるかわかりません（ただでさえ語彙力足らんのに）。

　う～ん、また頭が痛くなってきた。。。

　収集つかなくなってきましたので本日はこの辺で。
